Download Java

Download the Linux X64 RPM from Java.com

Change the Permissions to Allow executing file as program

Run and install the RPM.bin

 

 

Install Chrome

Login root

mkdir /opt/google/chrome/plugins

cd /opt/google/chrome/plugins

ln -s /usr/java/jre1.6.0_29/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so

 

 

add --enable-plugins to your chrome command

opt/google/chrome/google-chrome --enable-plugins %U
